Training Design and Implementation Workshop by the Global HR Center

The Training Design and Implementation Workshop was successfully conducted last July 8~9 at the Global Resource Center, SE&A UAE Abu Dhabi and it was attended by 17 participants from Branch Offices and Project Sites globally. Aligned with the organization's core values, we emphasized creativity in the design, collaboration in developing training materials, and commitment in implementing the Global Employee Onboarding Program.
